On January 1st, every year, all of the "Happy New Year", says, Greetings to each other. However, this morning the sun is the same as yesterday, and tomorrow is the same. There is a new birthday every moment, not a day neither a year. Our body's cells are dying and reborn every moment. We face new moments in the new moments.
As we start a new year every year, we must live with the daily, as we start a hopeful new year. This is the ultimate reality. We must be able to maintain a new start of every moment in everyday new.
Approach every day with a new year's mindset. This year's new starting, this is a new one! Every moment you can bloom in the art of life in the new joy! It is only possible from Sati-patthana (maintaining awareness).
